Why Should I Volunteer?

Volunteering is one of the ways that we can express our love and thanks for all the things God has done for us. In addition, it is a great way to meet people and become connected with others who share your particular interests. Serving will also make your church feel like a place you belong. And finally, by serving, we will find ourselves changing to become more Christ-like.

What Do I Need to Volunteer?

Simply a heart for God, and a willingness to serve. There are many opportunities to serve at Temple Baptist Church, and help to do God's work. Volunteers are currently serving to meet needs inside the church, in our community, and in the world. Whether it is a few hours a week, or a few hours a month, the time you spend serving others could be the most rewarding time you spend. Regardless of your talents, interests, or availability, there is a place for you.
